@devinedwelling: First I got fed up with myself. Second I got sober and third… It’s not just 3 things 💁‍♀️ BUT…once I started healing from the inside out using fasting, nutrition, sleep, exercise and mindset work… Things changed! The lovely people in my comments call it “procedures” but the TRUTH is that I had more “procedures” in my face 2 years ago. It’s almost like drinking, smoking, ruminating and being scared of my own reflection had something to do with it 🫨 I’ve been struggling my entire life searching endlessly for EXACTLY THIS. This confidence, health, happiness and purpose. Those things didn’t happen overnight and I’ve experienced more mistakes and setbacks than ever, but I made it out on the other side. Life will never be without struggles and hardships and challenges but I have my wits about me for once. I have a foundation. I have God and my kids and myself and I’m filled with hope and passion. I am what I used to cringe at. A happy confident women. How dare she? I spent so many years so angry at EVERYTHING. Never checking myself or even having the clarity to see that I was hurting incredibly badly. Anyway…I get deep. I at least now have a well to dig from. A belief in something greater and I’m just so dang grateful to be here. And I’m so happy you’re here too ♥️ I LOVE the love that social media brings and I hope to create a space where I can give back exactly what it’s brought me.
