This feels anecdotal, but in global terms Mexico closed their southern boarder because Venezuelan prisons sit empty cause they couldnt afford to feed violent long term criminals so they pipelined them thru Colo. Ecuador, Guatemala to enter the states and seek asylum

seems like an awful mess for what is basically a paperwork mixup. If they really wanted people to immigrate legally, we’d have a process that was fast, easy, and accessible. Weird

There are 3,113 cities with a population of 10,000 or more in the U.S. yesterday at least 1,800 locations participated in the No Kings movement. Which means 57.82% of cities across the U.S.. unified in a single voice and said "NO". We are far more powerful united than the few trying to lord of us. Let the rest of 2025 be nothing but fear for them.
