Stop because my big toes are bruised and the one next to it. My big toe is healing, I wear toe caps but I’m so scared now lol

The same happens to my index toe with long distance walks!!!! I have tried everything. Tying tighter, different socks, sizing up to accommodate swell. It never fails after first long walk in awhile I will bruise then lose both index toenails
