For my established clients, I tell them when they're taking leave and just have them get the paperwork and we're doing the max. Never had a denial. 😁

Also, ask for a referral to a psychiatrist or Psychiatric nurse practitioner and get an anxiety prescription. *you don’t have to take it if you don’t really need it. This gives you max protection because a medication management adds time for evaluation. Then if your job starts giving you a hard time to return, only your psychiatrist or Psychiatric nurse practitioner NP can approve work restrictions that you come up with! Further more you have your 12 weeks PLUS ADA coverage to extend your leave. THIS IS FOR THE SERIOUS SEEKERS LOL

👀👀 As a claims examiner this info is 100% correct. The physician must include documentation that show the condition prevents the employee is unable to complete EJF.

I had the best psych psychiatrist in the world she fill out my paperwork at my appointments was out for 6 months on STD she kept me together.she helped me out financially also she was heaven sent to me. And when I got better she found me another job that I’m working today and she’s still my doctor ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️I wouldn’t trade her for nothing.

My doctor sent paperwork my psychiatrist sent paperwork and I still am not approved. I’ve been off work six weeks with no pay. It’s not easy to get approved. I’ll probably just have to to find a new job.

My manager suggested for me to take FMLA, I visited my primary doctor and explained what was happening and they were making it so difficult, I just gave up and because I couldn’t do my job, I lost it due to many absences. I didn’t even mind to take a leave of absence without pay, I just needed to be off for like a whole month to get proper help without worrying about losing my job but It happened anyways
