I do feel conflicted a lot of the time. Because I am on the aroace spectrum and not strictly aroace, so technically I could be capable of that kind of love too but I don't want to gamble with someone else's feelings 🥹 especially because I've already been there once and hurt another person before I realized I was on the aroace spectrum.

same. honestly even if i do think and am sure that i love someone deeply, i fear that it might fade (the romantic feelings, not platonic) and i might end up hurting them... even if by keeping myself away like this, i am also hurting myself and possibly them as well if they feel the same :(
