@nellfallcard: Replying to @xiao1868 Yes! you are right, is a file with layers using the Puppet Position Pin Tool and manually move each pin. I didn't use a plugin, I don't know if there are plug-ins for After Effects that do this but I reckon there is one for Adobe Animate, that's a vector program, tho.
