I'd definitely wear it, even over clothes. looks more like a brace for lifting than a posture corrected brace... looks fine girl!

I talked to my dr about these and she said the only thing she warns her patients about them are that people tend to rely on the corrector to do the work instead of using it as a tool to train yourself to stand straighter so you can eventually stop using it. 🤷🏻♀️

Don’t use it all the time you tend to not use your core muscles and it weakens them so it ends up making your back and stomach muscles weak.

Another tip you can do I learned in physical therapy.. sit your seat straight up in your car and adjust your mirror. Don’t change it.

My dad wore one when he was working. He just called it a back brace not a posture corrector. It helped him with lifting heavy stuff! 🤷🏽♀️
