I’m so tired of seeing all these videos, “this is the right thing to do,” “this is the biggest mistake,” and then another one says the complete opposite. Everyone claims to be an expert. Sometimes, it just creates unnecessary stress and guilt for moms who are already doing their best. At the end of the day, trust yourself, you know what’s best for you and your child, and they’ll be just fine.

How about if your child has autism? We are getting lots of meltdowns just now and unpredictable and we have no idea what to do

My son is three and a half and he has started hitting non stop. I have tried diversion, songs about feelings, hugs, soft touches - all sorts of things but it’s just getting worse day by day. How do I handle this?

I would clarify that the goal here is not for the tantrum to go away, is to learn to navigate it better ourselves, learn to manage our own feelings better so they can mirror and improve theirs gradually.

I give my daughter space, then I reminded her to breathe, and ask her if she’s ready to tell me what’s wrong. Y’all she’s only 1 and tantrums are rare😌bec we’ve reinforced she needs to speak up and we as her parents WILL listen and correct whatever needs to be corrected

Thank you. Someone who wants to have a kid this is really useful, I want to be a parent that a kid can say feelings to. I know kids that never talk or say there feelings because parents usually always make them be silenced so they never show there emotions. Your videos make parents or people that are about to have kids make you learn tips each day. Thank you for this.💗
