I had the mirena iud and I couldn’t function. Gained 30 lbs, super lazy, super upset changed me entirely. Fast forward 5 years later and I have the paragard (no hormones) and I worship that thing. I love it!!!!

just in case anyone is about to get an iud and scared from these comments ... mine has literally been the best decision for me. no weight gain, no acne, no hair loss and period pains went away completely
