I think he is probably like a sociopath or smth like that he like the fact that Shoyo suffers and he harasses him for fun when eveyone was shocked when the teacher said about the fact that Shoko gonna change school because of the harrassement he smiled cause he know that mean Shoyo gonna be in a bad situation and he was the only one happy to denounces Shoyo and he even was the one who encourage other to harrases Shoyo
