I was told to call the bank you have it financed with. they actually own it, [until you pay it off] let them know what all is going on. and they won't fix it. and an attorney.

We have lived in our home for 5 years and have had problems. The front door and back door leaked. The floors were messed up. We have light fixture issues. HVAC issues and now we have mold on the ceiling in my kids bedroom 😮💨😫

Hey! I purchased a clayton home and I was having the same problem. Our hvac wasn’t hooked up properly and humidity was getting in and causing condensation in the electric panel as well as the air vents in the ceiling.

usually the water main to the house is right beside that box. there's a leak in that line that runs beside it. that walls gotta come out 😳
