You guys need really need to do some research on your HOA‘s number one. They cannot kick you out of your house. They can put a lien on your house, but they can’t physically kick you out of your house as long as you have paid all your fees and you pay your mortgage every month by law the HOA cannot come on your property unless you invite them if they come on your property uninvited it’s considered trespassing. They cannot legally evict you from your own home that you’re paying a mortgage on the HOA is only job is landscaping maintenance to the house, but they are not allowed to enter your house or throw anybody out of your house.

Let's get the facts straight.It's the h o a attorneys. as soon as you don't pay a bill they rack up 1000s a $100 fee can turn into 5k in a month. they use your own money against you. And they're using the money of the other property owners, technically.
