his gun looked empty. you can see the slide stuck back. he even said im not pointing it at anybody. and bean bags dont bounce like that. those "less leathal" rubber bullets do tho. im not saying he should have been on the roof at all. but seems like he was having a mental breakdown. if nobody in the community could talk him down I doubt the police had a chance.
