Ok big believer both are unsustainable, however I understand keto short term to an extent. However this is not a maintainable diet or lifestyle if you ever want to make decent gym progress. CARBS ARE YOUR FUCKING FUEL. 75 soft okayyy… 75 hard depends on how you go about it. But again not a sustainable lifestyle, and you are much more likely to quit and relapse negative habits than if you just picked a manageable lifestyle and workout plan off the bat 😭😭 if you’re dieting: slight calorie deficit, hit protein goals (non-negotiable), and yes allow carbs.
