Death penalties don't really solve much. They're not a deterrent to those who commit crimes as a result, because they show no remorse. locking them up for the rest of their natural life, taking away rights, freedoms and choices, is a far more harsh punishment, then giving them a quick way out. well, this is just my opinion. Still, i'm glad that this individual was charged.As an adult
