I got a bunch from a local garlic farmer(sometimes you can get them for free especially if you offer to pick them since it’s a lot a work when you got 200 to do) and ended up freezing some.

I mix these with butter and chopped fresh chives and freeze it in a roll shape. Freeze it and have it for unbelievable garlic bread

They’re also really good fried with dried fish and salted black beans. I also fry them with shrimp as well! My favourite veg!

Most farmers don’t throw them away!!! We sell them. Garlic is a double or sometimes triple selling crop!

we make a fresh herby chutney using garlic, coriander, little chilly, ginger and even pomegranate. 😋

PESTO- I grow parsley and kale to go in my garlic pesto. I freeze into pucks using cupcake pans. I don’t add nuts bc it often ends up in burgers, soups, or for other uses that don’t include nuts.
