Sorry but if all your friends want to watch a movie together on a plane why would you need this?? You’re all going to be watching one screen with diff headphones? Or three screens but everyone’s audio is synced to one lol

auracast sounds interesting but this is the first I hear of it. what's the current support landscape like? I could see this being very useful in the future, but for now I use a Bluetooth transmitter dongle

can auracast handle volume independently on each device? I currently set up an aggregate 1 in 2 out device for when I'm travelling but volume fine tuning is always a problem

If they sent it to you, isn’t that sponsorship? You got a product at no cost to you regardless of whether you kept it or not

Being sent the product by the company is a form of sponsorship.

I guess no one in these comments know any d/Deaf or hard of hearing people as Auracast is a huge protocol change that has emerged for that space first and foremost.

It's about time we were able to transmit to multiple devices. Sharing audio with a friend on the bus or train used to be easy with a little Y splitter for headphones.

I give auracast 5 years before they declare bankruptcy, I don’t even know who they is but the tech isn’t teching for me.
