i think mine was more intense than alice in wonderland syndrome not just during sleep. It also happened during the day, though mostly right before or after sleeping. I would experience very vivid episodes where I could see things like plates multiplying, feel like my taste buds were getting bigger, and even perceive sounds like dripping water as extremely irritating, even when my eyes were open or closed. Sometimes I would also see people I had never seen before as if they fully existed in the moment. Even though I was somewhat aware that I was just having episodes, I couldn’t stop myself from crashing out
