Noah Wyle is a year older than me. When we were in school tests for things like ADHD, anxiety and depression didn't exist much. I didn't get properly diagnosed with anxiety until I was 30.

Love this description of ADHD. I was diagnosed at 45. In HS I barely passed Algebra 1, Algebra 2 I got a 95. I liked that teacher better.

It wasn’t until I was 25 when I learned I had dyslexia and mid OCD though my therapist and I was really sad that my parents never put it together of why I was falling at school.

Same for me - my youngest was Dx in 4th grade and as the doctor was describing symptoms of ADHD I was like, well yeah, everyone has those issues, it’s just how people are…..ooohhhhh…right. 😂 Now I’ve got help and doing waaayyy better.

Yeah same thing happened in our family. Our oldest was diagnosed auDHD in their 20's... discovered I was the ADHD link & my husband is definitely the autism link. 🤣

Realizing my parents barely took me to the Dr as a kid cuz they probably didn’t want me to get diagnosed w/ anything they would be blamed for or that they’d have to acknowledge they also have and passed down to me😅
