Here in Canada 🇨🇦 home prices are ridiculous. At $900,000.00 and up $28,000.00 would not make a difference..

My dad made me pay rent at 14 thru 17 when I delivered papers, shoveled snow, mowed lawns and worked in a lumber yard. He kept the money, I graduated one yr early, moved out, joined the military, got a job and eventually bought a home. I can thank my dear dad.
