i’ve gotten to that point multiple times and was too scared and fought it off. just recently though i got to that point again and felt my ego fighting to stay but i leaned into it for the first time and felt this intense calm wash over me. it was crazy. i was just a fractal.

Swear to god I became one with the plants and my animals, me and my cat were on the same wavelength and I didn’t care about anything but the plants and animals. Sat on the porch and started at a tree for two hours. May have to go on a trip soon.
