Treat people how you wanna be treated. So the guy wants people to come up and put towels in their face and stand in their way as they move freely on the sidewalk. If you flip it the other way around. The camera man isn’t saying a word. So in his definition, shouldn’t that mean the camera man wants to be treated with silence from him?
