My question woulda been “will management actually back us up when we refuse service?” because that needs to be stated, managers have a tendency to make a policy and then give in to the guest because it’s easier.

As an uber driver, a lot of restaurants in my area offer 5 minute parking for this exact reason. Don’t park in a fire lane, that’s just begging for a ticket

I worked at a store a local fire department visited frequently, whey would box those people in til the tow trucks and cops got there. We were told if we see them parked there to refuse service. Same with handicapped parking.

As a former UberEats driver, this is ridiculous, just park in a parking spot. it's not that hard, hell when I lived in Lawton, OK, the Starbucks there has almost no parking and I would have to sometimes park in the Arby's parking lot across the street.
