Yeah that was a wilddddd take lol also fitness people who are shredded are usually smaller in person and not bigger. Conditioning makes normal sized people and even small people look MASSIVE and BEASTLY.

bro my waist is 24 and has been since i was 92lbs… i am now 115 and my waist is still 24inches!!!! muscles grow yes but now i fill in my clothes.

i’m 5’10, size 6, size small in most shorts to fit my waist but medium if i need the length or my thighs, usually gym shorts stretch fine as a small but jeans/pants/regular shorts- def gotta be a medium
