I’ve always felt sick when I’m in the subways. Then I saw a video on this topic a little while back & I’m so horrified. People should be aware & wear masks. NYC in general is pretty toxic from the cars & generators on the sidewalks, but this is another level.

Hi! The subway air is definitely not safe! You need a better mask, a surgical mask is not going to protect you well. I would get a N95 mask that seals well to your face. I like the 3M Aura N95s. If you want a black mask, BNX masks some black N95s.
