@lygaiva: Tried a glute hyperextension variation today and my glutes are still burning hours later 🍑🔥I elevated the hyper bench to suit my height (I’m 5’10) and held the barbell in front of me, in line with my shoulders - this shifts the load forward, creates more tension through the hips, and better matches the direction of the glute fibres. Basically: more glute burn, less lower back. When you hold the bar in front of your body, it: * Shifts your centre of mass slightly forward, encouraging your hips to hinge deeper * Helps you maintain a more horizontal torso, which lengthens the glutes more at the bottom * Keeps the load directly opposite to the direction your glutes are pulling, which can better match the fibre direction, especially in exercises with a strong hip hinge It felt incredibly glute focused and challenging in the best way. I did 3 sets of 10 reps (at the end of my session) and that burn was no joke. If regular hypers hit your back more than your glutes, try this variation, and remember, not every machine fits every body. Adjust things to work for you. #womenwholift #strengthtraining #strongwomen #gymmotivation #fitnesstiktok #oneractive #fyp #legday @Oner Active

I must say I respect the trust people have in them reebok benches.. I see people doing incline sit ups stacking these and they never fall but I can’t trust it
