Im jetlagged rn and the best thing to help u beat as a girl who was tired all day but still didnt sleep last night is by saying, it WILL fix no matter what. Your body knows how to do it. And if its stress that keeps u from not sleeping just let it be because you WILL fall asleep, and if u dont stop the stress u cant beat it but lowkey i cant beat it rn 😭
