To perform the exercise: 1. Place 2 large plates under the barbell. 2. Set the barbell just above your shoulders when standing on the platform. 3. Add weight plates as desired. 4. Step under the bar and rest it on your traps, and place the balls of your feet on the plates with your heels hanging off. 5. Unrack the barbell. 6. Inhale and lower your heels down. 7. Exhale, press on the balls of your feet to raise your heels high and squeeze your calves for 1-2 seconds. 8.
