Pride will not let you take accountability for your actions, when someone has too much pride they will never hold themselves accountable, but will blame others for their actions.

I agree pride and ego play a big role in people not taking accountability for their own actions. As long as that ego and pride are present it’s always going to be everyone’s fault but the person who actually did wrong.

From experience in life, It’s hard because most people are running and hiding from the issues that has broken them in life, that cause them to feel weak or less superior if they were to tell the truth!

Accountability is too much for a lot of people. Owning up to your part in whatever you experience means being honest with others and with yourself and most people are too busy lying to themselves to tell the truth.

accountability means looking in the mirror and having to actually fix the root of the problem, most like to play the victim! It’s insane we deflect and just jump into the next situation without fixing YOU! I know I ended up standing 10 toes in order to not repeat the patterns… it was uncomfortable and got really quiet 💯
