We got gumbo bad enough that if you don't get it worked in the fall and ready to plant then you don't dare try to work it up in the spring you either lay it out or plant it rough.

Where I am at in Iowa it doesn’t matter at all grows very well, it may start off looking different but harvest it’s all the same

We no-till and minimum till. Both yield the same most of time but minimum till normal come up and growing quicker and prettier

I’ve seen this over and over on our farm. Ran the Turbo Till over every acre this year. Cant prove that it makes a yield difference. But it sure looks better when they come up. And come up more evenly. 🤷🏻♂️

Turbo till in the fall and plant it to beans the next spring. Our beans look better than the beans that were no-tilled two-two and a half weeks earlier than ours

In SESD no till is terribly uneven compared to tilled fields, inconsistent temps didn’t help.

no tilled all our beans the since 2012, no notill this year. Just to wet in southern il. at the same time just wait til harvest and there won't be a yield difference
