When it says 4 different topics does it mean 4 different from 1-8 or is it diff spec points (eg u could talk about 3.6.4.2 control of blood glucose and 3.6.4.3 control of blood water potential as they are in the same topic (6) but diff spec points?

As a lot of biology teachers are also examiners, wouldnt they mean they would wrongfully remove marks because they aren’t interpreting the mark scheme properly?
