He is not mentioning the printed wall cannot bear weight (floor or roof above) and you still have to insulate and run your electrical, HVAC and plumbing.

There will never be a point where these are drastically more affordable than a normal home. As soon as it's streamlined private equity will buy up the building companies and repackage them as some sort of unique home that should cost more

Show me the roof and ceiling. Adding/changing mechanicals is a pain. Remodeling harder. No character, everyones house would look the same.
