Because at some point, you have to ask: what are YOU doing with your platform other than downplaying the progress Black leaders have made? Let’s talk facts: ✅ The Affordable Care Act cut the Black uninsured rate nearly in half. ✅ He invested over $4 billion in HBCUs. ✅ Launched My Brother’s Keeper to support young men of color. ✅ Commuted over 1,700 sentences, mostly Black and Brown non-violent drug offenders. ✅ Banned solitary confinement for juveniles in federal prisons. ✅ Increased Pell Grant funding and invested in STEM for underrepresented groups. You can disagree with the system — but don’t erase the impact just to trend. So Amanda… what’s next for you? Because the real question is: how are you using your voice to uplift Black people TODAY?
