@_elliewilsonfitness__: WHITE CHOC RASP MUFFINS 🍓🧁 Low cal- high protein MACROS PER MUFFIN 195 Calories | 11.7g Protein Carbs 12.7g | Fats 8g INGREDIENTS • 50g Lighter Butter (Lurpak) • 1 Extra Large Egg • 70g Salted Caramel yoghurt @YoPRO AU • 180ml High Protein Almond Milk • 1 tsp Lemon juice • 1 tsp Vanilla • 100g sweetener @Natvia • 140g Smart Flour Protein @Vetta • 60g Golden Icecream Casien Custard @Muscle Nation • 70g white choc baking chips (95% sugar free) @Noshu • 125g Raspberries • 1 tsp Baking Powder • 1/2 tsp baking soda 1. Mix sugar, egg, butter. 2. Add remaining wet ingredients, and combine with dry ingredients. 3. Fold in chocolate chips and raspberries. 4. Add to lined baking muffin tray. 5. Bake at 220° for 5 mins, then turn down and bake at 180° for 20 minutes further. 6. Allow to cool, store in fridge for 5 days.
