I hate how the driving standard is to always treat pedestrians like royalty, if someone walks out into the road I’ll stop/slow down heavily, but people need to look where they’re fucking going instead of stepping out into the road

I had an instructor that was like this with me on certain days, honestly made me feel worse and more anxious when I had my lessons, I ended up making more mistakes this way due to feeling like this

This is why I went through 4 instructors. If you don’t have the patience for a learning driving then don’t become an instructor.

I remember how disconnected driving felt when I was learning. Hard to get a sense of the size and speed of the vehicle when you're not used to it especially at lower speeds. If my instructor spoke to me like that I'd find a new one.
