1st time when I see this machine...🤔 Try on a bench instead and barbell +weights. Sit down on the floor aligned to the bench to a 90° angle, pull your arms forward until about your knees,there you should step back and where your feet should be, create same 90° angle on knees/hips when lifting-make sure you push your hips so you avoid back pain x 💪☺️

Solid choice with the belt squat 🔥 Tips I was always told when walking past it lol -Keep the belt on your hips, not waist -Feet shoulder-width, slight toe out -Control the drop, don’t bounce -Push through heels to hit glutes/hammies -Want more glutes? Step feet a bit forward -Quads? Go narrower 💪 Stay tight, stay upright, no folding! 👊

Almost there, the belt goes across your hips and push through the heels of your feet. You definitely need heavier weight I’d say and keep your head up! It’s one of my favourites 💪🏼
