I decided to retry rosuvastatin three days ago. My left leg from my butt down to my ankles is just aching me today. The first try a few years ago was while I was treated for Breast Cancer. So I decided to give it another try now. I am thinking I just can’t take this.

Yes I had severe muscle aches especially on my knees . I stopped ,and refuse to take any statins.

my husband DOESN'T have high cholesterol but was diagnosed with wrist drop & has numb thumb. currently taking atorvastatin on 3rd day for upcoming 90days, can he just stop taking it now? MRI negative,blood work clear, perfectly healthy

I have been on Atorvastin for 2 1/2 years now. For the last year or so I have had daily lower left leg pain and weakness. I have now stopped taking these statins what do I do now? It’s only been a few days and the leg pains are still there but seem a little better. How long should I continue this? what are my options?

so what do I do? cardiologist has me on 5mg arovastatin. my new cardiologist now has me on Zetia because he wants my ldl under 70. its 89. the combo is making me feel awful. I feel a hundred tears old.😫😫

Yes ! Me ! Widespread pain ! I literally just messaged my Dr . I’m on Rosuvastatin . Asked her if I can lower the dose ? I hear some people take it once or twice a week . Or just see to what other options I have .

yes I've just started on rostuvastatin and my muscles aching so much all over my body. My nurse said reduce to twice a week but I'm skeptical 😮💨
