idk what part of TN you're in but in East TN, our Appalachian mt range used to be part of the Scottish Highlands back in the Pangea days (just a fun fact if you didn't know) ... the red clay is from oxidized iron in the soil... its everywhere... its a common enemy lol

I feel this so hard. Kentucky clay ruined everything fabric thing I own plus everything else. When I moved my pod was full of mud. My tires are still stained with clay and I moved in April 😳

I'm so sick of it. we have the lowest yard in the neighborhood, some of it lower than the ditches, meaning it stays boggy. we haven't been able to mow the whole thing yet this year

YUP that red clay mud is insane here! It’s from rust deposits in the soil 😅 we have an outside dog (akbash breed) and he’s supposed to be white but right now he’s white with brown spots 😂😂

yep it's everywhere. I was looking into alternate grass sources that hold up.. so far I think it is clover or fake grass lol..

This is why there’s rugs and pavers all over our backyard right now, though it doesn’t help the dogs, just the kids…kinda 😅 one day soon it’ll just randomly decide it doesn’t want to rain for a month, then it’ll be hard as a rock. So fun! 🤣
