I think it’s a pug thing 😂. I have two pugs, the fawn one acts like this like he’s abused. I’ve raised him since he was 8 weeks

My rescue pug muggs probably did with empty paper towel role. next time I had an empty one I showed it to him and dropped it on the floor and said go at it. he ripped up to bits and never scared of it again.

My Lola was like that. I took off my shoes and belt when I got him and she would run under a bed or table. She never let it got even after having her for 11years

My pug does this too - I think he’s playing!he also hates being pet from above and ducks his head. Never been hit! I think they just are very particular sometimes 😂
