The allowance for self employment / side hustles has never been £11k 😬. It was always £1,000 revenue (now £3,000 through the simplified service). Maybe she meant the tax free personal allowance which has been £12,570 for some time, but you’d still need to declare earnings below this.

So confused by this. £11k has never been a threshold, it’s £1,000 before you need to declare, £12,570 before you pay tax. And you can just go through your bank statements to find your expenses 😂
