"What is your reasonable articulated suspicion that I committed a crime or I'm about to commit a crime? If you will not provide those details it is mandatory by law that you have YOUR superior come to this location regardless if you're a sergeant or not." This only works in a state where they cannot stop and ID you. If you live in a no stop and ID state and they don't do this then you can either submit under duress for fear of your safety which will ONLY work if they threaten your safety: (detainment, threat of violence, etc) which will hold up in the court of law or stand your ground. The latter will most likely get you detained or threatened of being detained for "failure to comply", "obstruction", etc... With a dashcam like this the case will be tossed and you can personally sue the officer in addition to suing the police department they work for. 1st, 4th, and 5th amendment RIGHTS where it applies. In order: freedom of speech, right to deny unlawful searches and seizures, and your right to remain silent. These are the magic three to remember.
