@rhi.scran: ad Crispy harissa hasselback potatoes 🥔🥔🥔 Made these dreamyyyy potatoes with the @Ninja UK CRISPi & they were absolute perfection!! Ninja have really come through with this one I can’t lie, a compact air fryer that still packs a punch, plus you can store & reheat leftovers in the same container? I love !! Ingredients (serves 3-4 as a side) 750g baby potatoes 2-3 tbsp harissa 2 garlic cloves Coriander to top 3 tbsp plant based yoghurt 1 tbsp tahini 1/4 lemon juice 1/4 tsp salt Method 1. Slice across the potatoes 2/3’s the way down (you can use a wooden spoon/chopsticks either side to stop the knife going all the way through) 2. Add them to a pan with cold water, bring to a boil & cook for 10 minutes until just tender 3. Let steam dry then add them to a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil & a pinch of salt 4. Add to the Ninja CRISPi & cook on the air fry setting for 20-25 minutes until golden & crisp 5. Meanwhile, mix the yoghurt, tahini, lemon juice & salt together & set aside 6. Mix the harissa & garlic together, then when the potatoes are done, add the mixture to them & make sure they’re evenly coated. 7.
