It’s only been 3 years since I’ve been to a psych ward or anything along those places and I’ve never felt so free then immediately have my anxiety rush in. My name is Nathan and I’m 19 fixing to be 20 in a week and I’ve got bipolar depression disorder type 1 and I’m just looking for people that can help me better understand my disorder. If anyone can help it would be very appreciated. Hope to see another day
