A French Classic: Almond Cream 🥐
A rich, buttery almond cream perfect for pastry fillings. Here’s how you make it:

Ingredients
🧈 50g butter
🥄 75g powdered sugar
🥚 1 egg yolk
🌿 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
🧂 Pinch of salt
🌰 80g almond flour
🌾 20g all-purpose flour 

Method 1️⃣ Cream butter & sugar.
2️⃣ Mix in egg yolk & vanilla.
3️⃣ Fold in almond & flour. 🥐 Croissant Hack:
