Using a disc applicator tool/insertion tool has made changing over to a disc so much easier! I was a tampon girlie and using the applicator just made so much sense to me

I use the diva disc! a lot easier to remove and fits my anatomy better. not all discs fit all anatomy, once you find one that fits your anatomy it's a game changer

I tried the small saalt disc 3 years ago & I could not, for the life of me, get it out & had to have my husband (bf at the time) help get it out. I’ve been traumatized ever since but your vid makes me want to try again

I've tried using the flex discs.. but I felt as though it wasn't staying up/behind my pelvic bone🫤 It was falling "down" off from it.

The diva disk has a little loop you can hook with your finger to help make taking it out easier! Heavy flow girlie here too and the disk has been a game changerrrrr!!

Just tried one for the first time yesterday and it was a game changer was so surprised I couldn’t feel it. I have problems with tampons my body literally rejects them and they are always uncomfortable for me but this was so comfy and surprisingly easy. Definitely intimidating at first but I’m never turning back
