is ti normal to have recurring mouth sores? i’m on my first month of braces and after a canker sore heals, another one comes. the tugging is not the one that hurst, it’s the sores 😭

I just got mine yesterday with 4 extractions! So far it's just pressure for me but I've been keeping up on Tylenol and advil. mostly my mouth feels dry when it isn't from everything in there.

The first 2 weeks for me was hell. But 7 months in I’m so use to it. Now, I’m on double power bands & it takes a day to adjust again. But results are looking so good.
