Guys please remember to dilute the apple cider vinegar before consuming and or before using it on your face. Also rinse your mouth after drinking it because the acid from the vinegar can damage your teeth overtime!! But apart from that it’s really great for acne, hyperpigmentation, pcos, resetting ph etc 🥰
