you best bet for the cover is to make a temporary wooden one what you'll just remake every few years until you get tired of it and pour a new slab

the best way to get wire through conduit is to pull it. use either a fish tape to feed through or use the string and vacuum method.

on the concrete lid that's split in half get your concrete Bill and get you some some handles and some concrete lag bolts and make me make it so you can move them easily put two handles per the lid

make a new lid. don't waste your time trying to fix it. I suggest getting a plastic tub from a hardware/garden store that's close in size for a concrete mold. also you can and a divider when pouring to make two halves with some handles. keep up the good work 🤙

honestly see if you can build and seal a wooden top for the well with latches, that way animals still cant get it, but its not a struggle for you to deal with
