I have anxiety, depression and pmdd. I’m on day 6, and I do feel my heart rate higher/blood pressure higher. However, my mind is clear and I feel zen. I’m glad to hear your anxiety dropped after week 2!

I take a similar medication. In my experience It got worse before it got better. That 1st week after increasing dosages was a little rough but pushing through and giving the medication time to work was well worth it a year later now.
