not bad at all I do it all the time, they feel a little weird for a few minutes but other than that fine. If you sleep for longer you will have more like eye crust but still no real bad effects

I feel you about that cause then I get so comfy and then I’m like I have to take them out so I advise you just take them out the last time I did that at least I could see when I took a 15 minute

I have slept in the on accident and they kinda hurt to take out but that was like a ful on sleep not a nap, ur probably fine, good luck also ur gorgeous

Actually I new to them four days new to them. They’re not hard to put in or takeout and you should not be sleeping in them cause the warmth of your eye attracts eye eating bacteria, and you could go blind.
